Here is a breakdown of our therapy supports, guided by the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Please note that our pricing is subject to adjustments in accordance with NDIS pricing.
Standard Hourly Rate
$193.99
Initial Assessment Session
In a standard 60-minute assessment session,
50 minutes are allocated for case history, observations, informal and/or formal assessments,
and 10 minutes to correspondence, clinical documentation and analysis of information.
Assessment sessions do not include a report. A report is recommended and options for reports will be discussed with the family and invoiced upon completion.
Therapy Session
In a standard 60-minute appointment,
50 minutes are dedicated to face-to-face therapy, parent coaching and feedback,
and 10 minutes to correspondence, clinical documentation and resource preparation.
Telehealth Consultations
In a standard 60-minute appointment,
50 minutes are dedicated to face-to-face therapy, parent coaching and feedback,
and 10 minutes to correspondence, clinical documentation and resource preparation
Travel Fees
Travel time is billed at the same hourly rate as therapy sessions.
This travel time, calculated from our office to your service site, is capped at 30 minutes each way.
To minimize travel costs, we strive to schedule appointments strategically and
share travel expenses among clients in nearby areas
