Here is a breakdown of our therapy supports, guided by the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Please note that our pricing is subject to adjustments in accordance with NDIS pricing.

Initial Assessment Session
In a standard assessment session,
50 minutes (Face to Face) are allocated for information gathering, observations, informal and/or formal assessments,
and 20 minutes (Non Face to Face) to correspondence, clinical documentation, follow up and session/resource preparation.
Assessment sessions do not include a report. A report is recommended and options for reports will be discussed with the family and invoiced upon completion.
Therapy Session
In a standard therapy session,
50 minutes are dedicated to face-to-face therapy, parent coaching and feedback,
and 20 minutes (Non Face to Face) to correspondence, clinical documentation, follow up and session/resource preparation.
Telehealth Consultations
In a standard tele-health appointment,
50 minutes are dedicated to face-to-face therapy, parent coaching and feedback,
and 20 minutes (Non Face to Face) to correspondence, clinical documentation, follow up and session/resource preparation.
Travel Fees
Travel time is billed at $96.95 per hour. Travel distance is billed at $0.99/km.
This travel time, calculated from our office to your service site, is capped at 30 minutes each way.
To minimize travel costs, we strive to schedule appointments strategically and
share travel expenses among clients in nearby areas.
